  • 0.5 cup Panko Breadcrumbs use gluten-free if desired
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt plus more to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1.5 cups Marinara Sauce warmed for serving
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for greasing the air fryer basket

Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Make-Ahead: You can form the meatballs and freeze them raw on a baking sheet; once frozen, transfer to a bag and air fry from frozen for 15-18 minutes.
