  • 0.25 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Notes

Storage: Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Make-Ahead: The cookie dough can be scooped, flattened, and frozen on a baking sheet, then transferred to a freezer bag. Bake directly from frozen, adding 1-2 extra minutes.
