Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt or an extra tablespoon of almond butter. This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Shake well before drinking if separation occurs.
