  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

Storage: Best consumed immediately. If you must store, keep in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours; separation is natural, so shake or stir before drinking.
