  • 1.5 cup frozen mango chunks provides a thick, creamy texture
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice pulp-free
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, or Greek yogurt for extra protein
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric for color and anti-inflammatory benefits
  • 1 tsp honey optional, adjust based on mango sweetness
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s

Notes

To make this ahead of time, blend all ingredients except the chia seeds and store in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. For a vegan version, substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. If baobab powder is unavailable, you can substitute with camu camu powder, though the flavor will be more tart.
