Notes

To make this a smoothie bowl, reduce the almond milk to 1/2 cup for a thicker consistency. Leftovers can be frozen into ice pop molds for a healthy skin-boosting treat. You can substitute the chia seeds with flax seeds or hemp hearts for similar benefits.
