Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries wild blueberries preferred for color
  • 2 large bananas frozen and sliced into chunks
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain and thick for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp almond butter creamy style
  • 0.5 cup honey granola for topping
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for added fiber
  • 0.25 cup fresh blueberries for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract pure extract

Notes

For a thicker base, use less almond milk. To make it vegan, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and ensure the granola is honey-free. This recipe is best enjoyed immediately, but you can prep the dry toppings in small containers ahead of time. If the smoothie is too thin, add 1/4 cup more frozen fruit and re-blend.
