  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar for rolling
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for rolling

Notes

Storage: Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Make-Ahead: Dough can be portioned, rolled in sugar, and frozen on a baking sheet.
