  • 1 tbsp chia seeds rich in tryptophan and fiber
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract for aromatic sweetness
  • 1 pinch sea salt to balance the tartness
  • 1 tsp honey optional, to taste

Notes

For best results, consume shortly after blending. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add an extra splash of almond milk. You can substitute pumpkin seeds (pepitas) for almond butter to increase the magnesium content even further.
