  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract pure extract preferred
  • 1 cup ice cubes adjust for desired thickness

Notes

For a thicker smoothie bowl consistency, reduce the almond milk to 1 cup. To make ahead, blend all ingredients except ice and store in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours; shake well before serving. Leftovers can be frozen into popsicle molds for a healthy frozen treat.
