Notes

For a thicker bowl, ensure your fruit is completely frozen before blending. To make ahead, you can prep the smoothie base and keep it in the freezer for up to 20 minutes before assembling. Leftovers do not store well as the granola will become soggy; however, the smoothie base can be frozen into popsicles.
