  • 1 tsp lemon zest finely grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 whole lemon cut into 4 slices for garnish

Notes
