  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries Hulled
  • 1 large Banana Peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen for thicker smoothie)
  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk Or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional, adjust to taste
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt Plain or vanilla, optional for creaminess

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use a frozen banana and reduce the almond milk slightly. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. It is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking as separation may occur.
