Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt full-fat, cold
  • 2 cups mango ripe, peeled and cubed
  • 0.25 cup milk cold
  • 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios chopped, for garnish (optional)

Notes

Store any leftover lassi covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though best enjoyed fresh. For a thicker lassi, freeze mango chunks beforehand. Can substitute frozen mango if fresh isn't available. For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and plant-based milk.
