Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée canned or homemade, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1.5 cups oat milk unsweetened
  • 1 large frozen banana sliced before freezing for easier blending
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup pure grade A
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 1 tbsp almond butter adds creaminess and healthy fats
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes optional for a frostier texture

Notes

For a protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla pea protein. This smoothie can be made 24 hours in advance; just store it in an airtight mason jar and shake well before drinking as natural separation may occur. If you don't have oat milk, cashew milk provides a similarly creamy texture.
