  • 1 large English cucumber roughly chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley loosely packed stems and leaves
  • 1 tbsp raw honey optional, or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper to boost metabolism
  • 4 leaves fresh mint for garnish and extra freshness

Notes

For the best results, drink this on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast. You can prep the cucumber and ginger the night before, but wait to juice the lemons until serving to preserve Vitamin C. Store leftovers in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
