  • 1 tsp kosher salt divided
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Notes

For the best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Serve with warm pita bread, sliced red onions, and cherry tomatoes for a complete meal.
