Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach packed tightly
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
  • 1 large banana overripe for extra sweetness
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt full fat for creaminess
  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy, almond, or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional for extra sweetness
  • 1 tsp chia seeds for added fiber and omega-3s
  • 0.25 tsp pure vanilla extract helps mask the earthy scent of greens

Notes

To make ahead, portion the spinach, fruit, and chia seeds into freezer bags. When ready to serve, just add the yogurt and liquid. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours; shake well before drinking as separation is natural. For a thicker, ice-cream-like consistency, use less milk.
