  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional if banana is not frozen

Notes

Storage: Best consumed immediately, but can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (shake before drinking). Make-ahead: Pre-measure dry ingredients and freeze banana slices.
