Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries unsweetened
  • 1 large banana frozen and sliced for extra creaminess
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter natural, no sugar added
  • 1 cup milk dairy or unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey optional, to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional for extra fiber

Notes

For school lunches, pour the smoothie into an insulated thermos to keep it cold until lunchtime. If the smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of milk. For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter (SunButter).
