Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt preferably full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional for sweetness
  • 4-5 g fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional, for extra thickness

Notes

Storage: Best enjoyed immediately. Any leftovers can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; shake or stir well before serving as separation may occur. Make-Ahead: Pre-measure all dry ingredients and pre-grate the ginger the night before. Variations: For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt. Add a handful of spinach for extra greens. Substitute frozen mango or pineapple for a tropical twist.
