Notes

For best results, drink immediately. If you need to store it, pour into a sealed jar or bottle, refrigerate, and consume within 24 hours (it may separate slightly; just shake well before drinking). You can make a 'smoothie pack' by pre-portioning the spearmint, cucumber, parsley, avocado, and frozen fruit into a freezer bag for quicker morning prep.
