  • 200 g frozen unsweetened açaí puree broken into chunks
  • 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk plus more if needed for blending
  • 1 tbsp almond butter creamy style
  • 0.5 cup fresh granola for topping
  • 0.25 cup fresh strawberries sliced for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp wildflower honey for drizzling

Notes

To keep the bowl from melting too quickly, chill your serving bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes before prep. For a vegan version, substitute the honey with agave nectar or maple syrup. If you don't have a high-speed blender, add a splash more almond milk to help the blades move.
