Notes

For the best texture, use frozen fruit instead of ice. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk. You can store leftovers in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours, though separation may occur. To boost protein, add a scoop of vanilla pea protein powder.
